  • Make sure to use a pillow and lying on your left side.
  • Avoid all caffeinated drinks. 
  • Wear nasal strips.
  • Make sure to corporate small meals. 

Using Sleep Aids To Treat Insomnia During Pregnancy

Make sure to speak with your doctor before taking any medications during pregnancy. At times, Nytol, Sominex, and Benadryl are recommended to be considerately safe to take while pregnant.
