 Additional treatments to treat men are maintaining a healthy diet, getting a lot of rest, and having a support group.

Postpartum depression in the father can have a negative impact on the father and child relationship.

Usually, dad’s affected by postpartum depression do not want to spend time with the baby or do any activities with their child.  

It’s important that PPD is not left untreated, and you seek medical attention.
